DO NOT BUY. I have gone through several of these, and still as of 2/25/21 120hz and VRR do not work properly on the Xbox Series X. Vizio did not fix this in the January update. It also has power supply issues. Every model I have had the same problems. Go with the LG Nano90 or Samsung Q70T instead, especially if you game!

I bought this one for 1000 a few weeks ago. I wanted to get the TCL that was 800 but they weren't in stock anywhere. You should take a look at the TCL and see if it's as good. I couldn't tell a difference at the store and it had all the same specs on paper

I remember my first Visio TV. It was a P series 65 inch, it had a really good price compared to other brands and had a many good features and I bought it from Best Buy. Installers from Best Buy took it out from the box and found a screen issue without a visible damage. Order a replacement, it didn’t have an issue on day 1 but it had a line from the top to the bottom on day 15. Returned and bought Samsung and never look back. Enough wasting my time on their junk.

As far as I am aware, they still haven't fixed 120hz not displaying correctly. It skips every other frame, so it's then effectively a 60hz TV. Rtings hasn't updated whether it's been fixed or not.

TLDR: Even these expensive Vizio sets are garbage and should be avoided. I had the 2016 Vizio P65-C1. Keyword being “had.” About six months after purchasing it, I had a bug in the display. And no, I don’t mean it had a software glitch that affected the picture. I mean it had a literal BUG in the display. A fruit fly or something about the size of that and it was stuck between the layers of the display so it was was behind the clear first layer but in front of the digitizer. A couple of years later and I start seeing groups of what I think are dead pixels... except they were slowly moving down the display. One day they’d be in one spot and the next day they’d be two inches lower. My best guess is that the display was starting to disintegrate and debris was now working their way down from the top of the display. The cherry on top was about 8 months ago when it turned itself off while I was using it to install a firmware update that Vizio pushed out to it... which resulted in it going into an infinite reboot loop for 20-30 minutes. I finally pulled the plug on it which turned it into a brick. I promptly replaced it with a Samsung and I don’t think I will ever buy another Vizio display again.

So having eARC and 4K/120 on different HDMI ports means you can't play/view content at 4K/120 while routing the audio through a sound bar? So you'd have to go analog for the audio in that case? Well, now that's an oversight.
